while we're very flattered (we're blushing) by the amount of booking enquiries we get, we're holding on to our values of when we first opened and do not take bookings and reservations. walk-ins for the win, you lovely people. the wait time for a table is usually not more than 10 minutes. during covid times, we ask customers to keep their visit to one hour in order to enable other people to get their lovecrumbs fix as well.

yes! we love dogs. just make sure they are not taking a nap in a busy thoroughfare to keep your baristas from stumbling and keep them on a lead at all times.

you can (pre)order a cake for delivery or collection from our NICE TIMES BAKERY. the lead time is two days, but please know we don't deliver seven days a week. the NTB website will have up-to-date info on delivery days and lead times. you may know that we used to have one whole cake a day for sale but during covid times we've tried to keep our selection to a sustainable amount and we might not always have an extra one for you. feel free to give us an instagram message or call us first thing in the morning and we'll try our best to help you out for cake emergencies.

we do! we have a daily selection of vegan sweet treats and vegan grilled cheese sandwiches. we offer oat milk as a dairy alternative and all our hot chocolates are vegan except for the salted caramel one.

unfortunately, we do not have any gluten free treat options for those afflicted with coeliac disease. our jamaretti cookies are wheat free but there is always the danger of cross-contamination.

yes, it is! during check out, you are given the option to choose local collection. your order will be ready for collection the following business day if placed before 4pm. we will send you an email to notify you once your order is happily awaiting your arrival.

unfortunately, due to this brexit farce, we're not shipping outside the UK at this moment until the powers that be have made their agreements.

no, we post orders on mondays and thursdays. orders for local delivery will be sent out on the next available delivery day (thursdays through sundays; order cut off time is 4pm on the day before). for collection, the order will usually be ready for collection the next day if ordered before 4pm. check our contact section or instagram to find our most up-to-date opening hours.

for cake orders, please head to NICE TIMES BAKERY for local delivery or collection. they do not ship cakes at this moment in time but we're working on changing this.
